Zainbliss Wellness is dedicated to provide our customers with complete satisfaction through the best products and shopping experience. We strive to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products and packaging. The return of any product is a situation that neither our customers nor we desire. Our relationship with valuable customers like you is of utmost importance to us, regardless of the circumstances.

 

We kindly ask our customers to carefully review their orders before making a transaction to avoid any mistakes or ordering the wrong item. Please refer to the return policy mentioned below for all Zainbliss Wellness products purchased online from zainbliss.com.

 

Return Policy

Return‘ is defined as the act of giving back the item purchased by the customer on zainbliss.com to the Zainbliss Wellness. Considering the consumable and body application nature of the products (Health & Wellness) that we deal, our company follows a no return or refund or exchange policy, except for the following reason or events.

·      Any wrong/damaged item is received. In this case, we will replace the wrong/damaged product with the actual product.

·      Missing of a product from the order or incomplete order

 

Return procedure

Zainbliss Wellness offers a replacement policy for eligible cases mentioned above.

 

·     

ü  The customer can apply for return of the wrong/damaged product which is unopened/unused and in its original packaging with their seals, labels intact by mailing a request at care@zainbliss.com with the package image within 2 days after order collection. We will arrange for the order collection at the earliest after confirming the same with our operations team and order packing scans.

 

ü  In case of a missing product or incomplete order, customer can mail a request at care@zainbliss.com within 2 days after order collection. We will ship the missing part of the order at the earliest after confirming the same with our operations team and order packing scans.

 

ü  In case of return due to wrong product delivery/ damaged product, Zainbliss Wellness will arrange for the pickup of the said product in the original packing with their seals, labels intact or request the customers to courier the wrong/damaged product in the original packing and we will refund the courier amount back to the customer.

 

ü  The replacement process for any case will be initiated once we have received the product and verified it.

 

ü  Replacement procedure can take around 10 to 14 working days after we receive the product.

 

ü  Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

 

ü  We request an understanding from our customers that the images displayed on websites along with products are only for general information purposes and can slightly differ from actual products in physical aspects such as size and colour as the natural items do not follow the same consistency every time.

ü 

ü  Shipping charges paid by customers are non-refundable.

ü  Customers can be eligible for refund only once their case is being reviewed against the claim by our customer care team and they are found eligible for it.

   

Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Conditions under which return/replacement will not be accepted.

 

·      Opened/ used/ altered products.

·      Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, seals etc.) missing.

·      The return/ replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.

·      If the customer provides a wrong address in the delivery address.

·      If the person is not available at the time of delivery.

·      If the person does not assign to us any eligible person on his behalf to accept the order.

·     If the person refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery.

 

 

    Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation of orders that have not been shipped yet. You can write to our customer support team on care@zainbliss.com (Our working time: Monday to Saturday, 9:30AM to 6PM).

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include non-serviceable Pin code, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
