Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products

 

At Zainbliss Wellness we treat customer satisfaction and convenience as our top priority. We have mentioned below our shipping and delivery policy which will be applicable for all our orders and products. 

We request our customers to consider following delivery and shopping policy:

 

  • All domestic orders are processed within 3 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-10 working day. For very remote locations, this may take between 10-12 working days.
  • Order deliveries will be made usually between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Goods receipt will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unable to collect/sign for your delivery than please suggest/assign an alternative person( family member, colleague, neighbour etc) who can complete the delivery acceptance at the address mentioned by you during order. Zainbliss Wellness takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Zainbliss Wellness is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • For any complaints with regards to your order please mail at care@zainbliss.com within 2 days of your order delivery for resolution.

 

Please note following points with regards to our shipping and delivery policy:

 

1. The orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only.

2.    Standard Shipping charges will be applicable for orders below ₹ 350. Any order equal to or above ₹ 350 will be eligible for free shipping. 

3.    Zainbliss Wellness will try to deliver the order at the earliest as possible and will not be liable for the delay in order delivery due to courier company.

4.   The orders will be delivered at the delivery address entered by the buyer at the time of placing the order and the buyer shall be responsible for the collection of the order.

5.  Zainbliss Wellness will not be responsible if the order is not collected by the buyer/ or any assigned person from the delivery company.

6.   Zainbliss Wellness shall not be liable for any damage in product caused due to the mishandling by courier company.

 

Shipping Charges

For domestic orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders equal to or above ₹ 350 qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of ₹ 50 if your total order value is less than ₹ 350.
