USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
If You use the Platform, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your User Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Platform. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use / breach of your password or account and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION/PRODUCTS/SERVICES
Zainbliss Wellness provides an online platform for purchase of Health and Wellbeing products, (collectively called as “Products”) and informative video content on usage of the said Products. The Products can be purchased through the Platform through various methods of payments offered. The purchase of Products shall be additionally governed by specific policies of sale, cancellation policy, exchange policy, return policy, etc. In addition, these Terms of Use may be further supplemented by Product specific conditions, which may be displayed with that Product.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assume no liability in this regard.
USER CONDUCT AND RULES ON THE PLATFORM
You agree, undertake and confirm that your use of the Platform shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:
A User may be considered fraudulent or loss to business due to fraudulent activity if any of the following scenarios are met:
· Users does not reply to the payment verification mail sent by Zainbliss Wellness
· Users fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification
· Misuse of another Users’s phone/email
· User uses invalid address, email and phone no.
· Overuse of a voucher code
· Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
· User returns the wrong product
· User refuses to pay for an order
· Repeated request for refund for fake/used order
Zainbliss Wellness may cancel any order that classify as ‘Bulk Orders’/’Fraud orders’ under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery.
· An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’/’Fraud Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as may be laid down by Zainbliss Wellness:
· Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
· Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category.
· Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
· Invalid address given in order details
· Any malpractice used to place the order
You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes, which may cause inconvenience and abuses any policy and rules of the company and interrupt or causes to interrupt, damages the use by other Users of Zainbliss Wellness.
You shall not use any false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead Zainbliss Wellness by sharing multiple address and phone numbers or transacting with wrong intentions. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform or to any server, computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Platform, by hacking, password “mining” or any other illegitimate means. You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations.

- For Buy one get second at 50 % off, the second product will be discounted.
- The second product that is discounted will be the same product or the lowest value product in case of multiple product purchase.
- The refund or return shall include and consider, taking back the discount given or free product given to you. Zainbliss Wellness reserve the right to approve or disapprove return or refund after verification from our team.
INDEMNITY
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Zainbliss Wellness, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and/ or other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
PRICING POLICY
- The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.
- All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.
- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.
- Our products are liable for GST in India.

APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL JURISDICTION
This Agreement, the construction, enforcement and the interpretation of its terms and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the Laws of India and shall be subject to the courts located in Mandsaur and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY FOR PRODUCTS
At Zainbliss Wellness we treat customer satisfaction and convenience as our top priority. We have mentioned below our shipping and delivery policy which will be applicable for all our orders and products. We request our customers to consider following delivery and shopping policy:
· All approved domestic orders are processed within 3 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-10 business day. For very remote locations, this may take between 10-12 working days
· Order deliveries will be made usually between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
· Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you unable to collect/sign for your delivery than please suggest/assign an alternative person( family member, colleague, neighbour etc) who can complete the delivery acceptance at the address mentioned by you during order. Zainbliss Wellness takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
· Zainbliss Wellness is not responsible for damage after delivery.
· For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care or mail at care@zainbliss.com within 2 days of your order delivery for resolution.
· The orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only.
· Zainbliss Wellness will try to deliver the order at the earliest as possible and will not be liable for the delay in order delivery due to courier company. There is a flat shipping charge of ₹ 50 if your total order value is less than ₹ 350.
· The orders will be delivered at the delivery address entered by the buyer at the time of placing the order and the buyer shall be responsible for the collection of the order.
· Zainbliss Wellness will not be responsible if the order is not collected by the buyer/ or any assigned person from the delivery company.
· Zainbliss Wellness shall not be liable for any damage in product caused due to the mishandling by courier company.

RETURN AND REFUND
Return‘ is defined as the act of giving back the item purchased by the customer on zainbliss.com to the Zainbliss Wellness. Considering the consumable and body application nature of the products (Health & wellness) that we deal, our company follows a no return or refund or exchange policy except for the following reason or events.
· Any wrong/damaged item is received. In this case, we will replace the wrong/damaged product with the actual product.
· Missing of a product from the order or incomplete order

Cancellation by zainbliss.com
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled like non-serviceable Pin code, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Zainbliss Wellness reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If required, we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
